Accused Iqbal Chahal approaches the High Court challenging
the criminal case against him.
Said case was initiated by the Metropolitan Magistrate
Mulund Mumbai, court under Section 166, 167, 304(A), 420,
120(B), of the Indian Penal Code & 51(B), 54, 55 Disaster Management
Act.
Chahal is accused of conspiring with the then Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte & then Addl. Commissioner Suresh Kakani for their corrupt goal to give wrongful profit of thousands of crores to vaccine companies, and to serve that unlawful purpose they brought the mandates to restrict the entry of unvaccinated people at many places including local trains. They also run ‘false-narratives’ that the vaccines are completely safe. In fact the vaccines were having death causing side effects and many European countries banned the Covishield vaccine because of deaths caused by the said vaccines.
But these accused officials’ vaccinated many people by force, deception and cheating.
After going through the material on record, evidences and judgment of Supreme Court & High Court, the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate Mulund Mumbai, had ordered initiation of prosecution under Section 166, 167, 304(A), 420, 120(B), of the Indian Penal Code & 51(B), 54, 55 Disaster Management Act.
Applicability of the relevant section of IPC is as under:-
(a) 166 – For bringing vaccine mandates against the directions of the Central Government & binding precedents of the Supreme Court & High Court.
(b) 167 – Making rules to cause injury to reputation of unvaccinated people.
(c) 304-A – Being responsible for death of people who died due to side effects of vaccines as the law of informed consent is not followed and side effects of vaccines were not told to the citizen.
(d) 420 – Giving vaccines to the citizen by deception and cheating with false narrative that the vaccines are completely safe.
(e) 120(B) – Joining conspiracy with other accused to serve their ulterior purposes of giving wrongful profit of thousands of crores to vaccine companies.
