All the accused are charged with running ‘false narratives’ and ‘conspiracy theories of ‘Long Covid Syndrome’ to cover up the death-causing side effects of covid vaccines such as heart attacks.
The intention of publishing such news is to save the accused directors of vaccine companies from various prosecution and compensation suits being filed by the citizen.
Falsity and dishonesty of the accused is proved from the Government data and peer-reviewed research papers. Which proved that the various side effects of heart attacks, deaths, etc. are the side effects of covid-19 vaccines and there is no proof of said side effects being connected with ‘Long Covid Syndrome’.
Already the issue of death due to side effects of covid vaccines is taken cognizance by various courts and Supreme Court & High Court have issued notices to various authorities including Bill Gates, Adar Poonawalla, Dr. Randeep Guleria, Dr. V.G. Somani & others on a petition seeking compensation of thousands of crores.
The accused are likely to face prosecution under Section 201, 202, 218, 166, 420, 115, 302, 304, 120 (B), 34 etc. of IPC and Section 2(c), 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
