Former Judge Adv. Onkar Kakde and National President of Indian Bar Association Adv. Nilesh Ojha are representing the case of Sh. Prakash Pohre.
Around 500 Lawyers from ‘Indian Lawyers &
Human Rights Activists Association’ have extended their support to the
cause and likely to appear in the case.
Prakash Pohare paid
court fee of Rs. 3Lacs for compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crore.
Injunction sought
prohibiting Serum Institute from claiming that Covishield vaccine are
completely safe and from making any defamatory and false allegations against
members of Awaken India Movement (AIM).
Around 3000 new claims
of more than Rs. 4 Lacs Crores are going to be filed by AIM members across the
country against Adar Poonawalla & Serum Institute.
1. Earlier Serum
Institute had lodged a false police complaint against AIM members stating that
their vaccine does not cause death and allegations of death of Dr. Snehal
Lunawat are false. However the report given by Government of India had proved
that the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat and many others was due to side effects of
Covishield vaccines. This vaccine was banned in 21 European Countries. This
proved that the falsity of complaint by Serum Institute.
2. Division Bench of
Bombay High Court had already issued notice to Adar Poonawalla & Bill Gates
in a Rs. 1000 Crore interim relief petition filed by father of Dr. Snehal
Lunawat. Dr. Snehal Lunawat died due to side effects of Covishield. Supreme
Court in the case of Rachna Ganger had also issued notice where death of their
children was due to side effects of Covishield.
3. The peer review
studies, reports and survey had proved that the vaccines are causing heart
attacks in youngsters also, vaccine had increased chances of cancer by 10,000
%. Death amongst vaccinated is higher than unvaccinated. The death due to
vaccination is 98 times higher than the death due to covid-19. This proved that
the remedy is worse than the disease.
4. World’s richest
Elon Musk, World’s topmost doctors like Peter Mclough, Pierre Kory, Dr.
Bhattacharya, from US Dr. Aseem Malhotra, Dr. Tes Lourie from U.K. Also from
India Dr. Sanjeev Rai AIMs, Dr. Jay Prakash Muliyal, Dr. Arvind Kushwada, Dr.
Amitav Banerjee and many Domain Experts and Epidemologists have openly
criticized the fraudulent practice and policies promoting mass vaccination.
Other renowned doctors & activists like Dr. Biswa Roop Roy Choudhary, Dr.
Abhay Chedda, Dr. Marg Walecha, Dr. Gayatri Panditrao, Dr. Pravin Saxena, Dr.
N. K. Sharma, Dr. Banu, Dr. Tarun Kothari, Dr Devender Balhara etc. are continuously
working in telling the truth and exposing lies in open public. They have
exposed the frauds by vaccine mafias in conspiracy with some Government
officials and strongly condemned the promotion of such deadly and ineffective
vaccines.
5. Most of the main
stream media was compromised but many media activists and their channels were
doing their duty for entire humanity.

6. Based on the
solid documentary proofs and enquiry report by the Government of India
certifying that death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat and many others was due to side
effects of Covishield. Sh. Prakash Pohare had filed a suit proving falsity and
dishonesty of Serum Institute and seeking a compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crores.
7. There are three
respondents in the suit.
(i) Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd.
(ii) Adar Poonawalla
(iii) & Vivek Pradhan
8. The court on 12.04.2023 after hearing the counsel
for party had issued notice to all the respondents.
9. The prayers in
the injunctions Application reads thus;
(i) “restrain the defendants Nos. 1 to
3/non-applicants Nos. 1 to 3, their agents, henchmen, representatives and any
other person acting for or under them from making false, frivolous, defamatory
and derogatory accusations and allegations against the plaintiff and Awaken
India Movement by way of and in the form of letters, complaints,
representations, emails and any other medium of communication by way of an
ex-parte ad-interim injunction;
(ii) restrain the defendants Nos. 1 to
3/non-applicants Nos. 1 to 3, their agents, henchmen, representatives and any
other person acting for or under them from selling covishield vaccine,
vaccinating people using covishield vaccine justifying the same to be safe for
lives of the people by way of an ex-parte ad-interim injunction;
(iii) confirm
the ex-parte order of injunction in terms of above prayer clauses (i) &
(ii) after hearing both the parties;
(iv) grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court
deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case in the
interests of justice.”
10. The prayers in
the Suit reads thus;
(i) “pass a decree and
thereby declare that the defendants Nos. 1 to 3 have no authority to justify
vaccination of Covishield Vaccine posing the same to be safe for lives of the
people;
(ii) pass a decree of perpetual injunction and thereby
permanently restrain the defendants Nos. 1 to 3, their agents, henchmen, representatives and any other
person acting for or under them from selling covishield vaccine, vaccinating
people using covishielf vaccine, justifying the same to be safe for lives of
the people;
(iii) pass
a decree and thereby direct the defendants Nos. 1 to 3 to pay sum of Rs. 10,000
Crores to the plaintiff in the form of damages and compensation as quantified
in the instant suit and also direct the defendants Nos. 1 to 3 to pay the plaintiff
cost of instant litigation;
(iv) saddle the costs on the defendants;
(v) grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court
deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
