It is a big setback to Abhishek Banerjee.
In this case, Mursalin Shaikh and Indian Bar Association had filed a contempt petition against Adv. Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Abhishek Banerjee for making baseless allegations of malafides against Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay who ordered the CBI investigation.
