Petition is filed by ‘Indian Lawyers & Human Rights Activists’ Association’.
Action sought against IMA’s executive body members under Contempt and section 192, 193, 199, 200, 209, 409, 115, 304, 302, 120(B), 34, etc. of IPC.
Indian Bar Association National President Adv. Nilesh Ojha, Supreme Court Lawyers Association Adv. Ishwarlal Agarwal and many senior advocates will be representing the case against IMA.
The executive members of IMA may face charges of punishment up to life imprisonment and death penalty for their conspiracy & attempt to push the citizen to take deadly vaccines by suppressing its deadly side effects and ineffectiveness.
New Delhi:-
1. IMA in its petition against Baba Ramdev had suppressed the ineffectiveness and death causing serious side effects of COVID vaccines and other medicines and made a false statement on oath before Supreme Court that the COVID vaccine are safe and effective but Baba Ramdev is defaming it.
2. The falsity of IMA is ex-facie proved from the reports of the government of India’s AEFI committee which had admitted that the covid vaccine are having death causing side effects and death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat was due to blood clotting side effects of Covishield vaccine.
3. The application had mentioned following few important research for proving falsity of IMA:
A scientific research paper concluded that the corona vaccine does not offer reliable protection during the corona epidemic and that it has death causing and potentially fatal side effects. As a result, the Covishield vaccine was banned in 21 European countries due to its association with lethal outcomes.
The data received from research conducted worldwide proves that the countries with more vaccine are having more deaths.

The warning given by WHO about deadly GBS disease being caused by Covishield (Astrazenca) vaccines.

In India, there have been numerous deaths attributed to vaccine side effects, as acknowledged by the AEFI Committee of the Central Government. It was confirmed that Dr. Snehal Lunawat’s death was a result of the Covishield vaccine’s side effects, leading the Bombay High Court to issue a notice for Rs. 1000 Crores in compensation to Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla.
Despite these dangers, this vaccine was administered to millions of people in India without full disclosure of its lethal side effects. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) did not protest these actions. Conversely, when Baba Ramdev publicly criticized the vaccine, the IMA opposed him and submitted an affidavit in the Supreme Court supporting the vaccine. This behaviour suggests that the IMA’s priorities may align more with pharmaceutical interests than with public welfare.
4. The complainant organization has also demanded the registration of a criminal case against the Indian Medical Association (IMA) under sections 175, 302, 304, 409, 120(B), and others of the IPC. Additionally, they seek the cancellation of the IMA’s registration, accusing it of endangering public health by promoting harmful vaccines and medications. These actions are alleged to have been carried out through the misuse of IMA property to serve the ulterior motives of its executive committee members.
5. Various organizations across the country, including the Universal Health Organization, Awaken India Movement, and Indian Bar Association, have condemned the Indian Medical Association (IMA). There has been widespread outrage against the IMA, and there is a growing possibility that criminal cases may soon be filed against the association.
6. Last year, in 2022, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Patanjali Ayurved and Baba Ramdev, allegedly influenced by the pharmaceutical industry to favour allopathic companies. This action is part of a purported criminal conspiracy aimed at hindering Baba Ramdev and others from serving the public.
7. According to the Universal Declaration on Bioethics & Human Rights, 2005, and the Supreme Court’s directive in the case of Montgomery v. Lanarkshire Health Board (General Medical Council intervening), [2015] 2 WLR 768, doctors are obligated to fully inform patients of all potential side effects of any vaccine or therapy in understandable terms. They must also inform patients of alternative medical treatments available, such as Ayurveda and Naturopathy, should they choose not to proceed with the proposed medical interventions. Doctors who fail to comply with these guidelines risk having their licenses revoked and may be held liable for compensation to the affected patients and their families.
8. But IMA is trying to silence the voice of people like Baba Ramdev who had exposed it and made public, aware of it. Legal actions have been proposed against the IMA for violation of these regulations.
