In the Disha Salian Gangrape-Murder Case, Accused Aditya Thackeray Performed “Black Magic and Aghori Rituals” to Avoid Arrest

A Direct Attack by Shri Ramdas Kadam on the Thackeray Family
This report is based on serious allegations made by Shri Ramdas Kadam, senior Shiv Sena leader and father of Maharashtra’s Minister of State for Home, Shri Yogesh Kadam, along with information received from credible media and other sources and widespread discussions across social media platforms.
27th June 2025: Mumbai
1. Serious Allegations by Shri Ramdas Kadam
Shri Ramdas Kadam has made a startling claim that Aditya Thackeray summoned a tantrik (occult practitioner) from Hyderabad and performed black magic and aghori rituals in an attempt to avoid arrest in the brutal gangrape and murder case of Disha Salian.
A statement of such magnitude coming from the father of a serving Minister of State for Home is not merely political — it carries serious legal implications.
As of now, neither Uddhav Thackeray nor Aditya Thackeray, nor anyone representing them, has responded to these allegations.
2. Sudden Filing of Affidavit on 14 June 2025
Aditya Thackeray filed an unexpected new affidavit on 14 June 2025 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1612/2025.
After months of silence, the fact that this affidavit was submitted specifically on the death anniversary of Sushant Singh Rajput (14 June 2020) has raised considerable suspicion.
3. Social Media Buzz: Alleged Order from a Tantrik
Widespread discussion on social media suggests that Aditya Thackeray allegedly followed the specific advice of a Hyderabad-based tantrik, who instructed:
“To escape the curse of Sushant Singh Rajput’s soul and avoid legal consequences, you must perform an aghori ritual on 14 June and sign your affidavit that very day. Otherwise, legal complications will intensify.”
4. Key ‘Tantrik’ Anomalies in the Affidavit
The affidavit signed on 14 June reportedly contains multiple suspicious and serious anomalies, allegedly influenced by the tantrik’s advice:
Incorrect Age: Aditya Thackeray’s actual age is around 35, yet the affidavit mentions 28 years.
Reason: 2 + 8 = 10, a number considered “auspicious” in numerology.
Change in Spelling: His surname was altered from “Thackeray” to “Thackrey”.
Reason: Numerological correction to minimize “karmic” or “enemy” influences.
Removal of Key Names: Several prominent names mentioned in the previous affidavit (dated 11 October 2023) were completely omitted from the new one, including:
Shri Narayan Rane
Shri Nitesh Rane
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
Shri Rashid Khan Pathan
Advocate Nilesh Ojha
Allegedly, the tantrik advised that these individuals possessed “divinely powerful astrological configurations,” and naming them under oath would bring reverse consequences
Collectively, these changes indicate that the affidavit was not guided by legal prudence but was crafted under the influence of superstition and occult advice, which raises serious legal red flags.
5. Legal Provisions Against Black Magic
According to the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013:
“Performing black magic, aghori rituals, or summoning any person to carry out such practices constitutes a punishable offence.”
Applicable Sections: Sections 3, 5, and 7
6. Legal and Democratic Consequences
Legal affidavits submitted to the Hon’ble Court must be based on truth, evidence, and legal responsibility.
If influenced by occult beliefs or tantrik interference, it amounts to direct contempt of the judiciary and constitutional values.
A public representative engaging in such rituals violates the democratic spirit and betrays public trust.
7. Demands for Immediate Action
1. Mumbai Police Commissioner must register an FIR immediately and initiate an impartial investigation.
2. The Hon’ble Bombay High Court should compare the 14 June 2025 affidavit with the earlier 11 October 2023 affidavit for judicial verification.
3. An independent SIT or CBI should:
Investigate the tantrik involved,
Examine financial transactions,
Seize call data records (CDRs), and
Retrieve all relevant CCTV footage.
8. Conclusion
The affidavit filed on 14 June 2025 appears to be less a legal document and more a “ritual-based defensive manoeuvre” influenced by occultism.
“All are equal before the law” — this constitutional principle must be enforced immediately.
Failing to do so would risk superstition eroding the foundation of India’s judicial integrity.
If prompt and impartial action is not taken, this episode could severely damage public confidence in the rule of law and the sanctity of our democratic institutions.
