Bill Gates who is partner of serum company in manufacturing Covishield vaccine (Case) and all the directors & employees of the Serum Company will also be made accused and will face the face prosecution.
Prosecution is ordered by the Senior Division Civil Judge of the Nagpur Court U/s 181,182,193,196,199,200,209,465,471,474, 120 (B), 34 of the IPC.
Since defence taken by the Serum Company & Adar & Cyrus Poonawalla is found to false therefore as per law the court can now grant decree of Rs. 10,000 Crores to be paid by the Serum Company, Adar and Cyrus Poonawallas to the plaintiff Sh.Prakash Pohre. In view of recent judgment by CJI D.Y. Chandrachud in Naveen Singh v. State of U.P., (2021) 6 SCC 191 there is possibility that accused Adar & Cyrus Poonawalla & Others will not get the bail and he will be sent to jail till conclusion of trial.
Similar 1500 more suits are likely to be filed in this month across the country by the members of the Awaken India Movement against Adar Poonawalla and serum Institute.

Nagpur: Special Correspondent: Awaken India Movement (AIM) is a well-known NGO Spread across the country. They are working for dissemination of information to the people. They are running a campaign since lockdown against the fraud played by the vaccine mafias and had gained mass support from crores of people as everything stated and research’s given by the AIM about possible deadly side effects of vaccine were found Correct.
Due to their efforts, around 80% Indians refused to take booster doses of corona vaccines like covishield. Which helped the country in saving life of Crores of Indians and there was no corona wave thereafter. This caused a great financial loss of thousands of Crores to the Vaccine companies.
The Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute had hatched conspiracy and tried to defame the Awaken India Movement and it’s Members. They filed a false complaint before Hadapsar Police Station, Pune in the month of October, 2022. The said complaint was not acted and closed by the police as it was frivolous.
Then also the accused Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute started using the said complaint before various forums and defamed the Awaken India Movement and it’s Members.
Therefore, Awaken India Movement’s Senior member and Chief Editor of leading Daily Marathi newspaper “ Dainik Deshonnati ” Shri Prakash Pohare had filed a Defamation Suit before Nagpur Court, claiming Rs. 10,000 Crores compensation.
The Nagpur Court took the cognizance of the said suit and issued Show Cause Notice to the Adar Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute.
The defendant Adar Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute had filed a reply affidavit to oppose the said suit.
The reply affidavit and defense taken by the Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute was ex facie false and therefore the plaintiff Mr. Prakash Pohare had filed an application U/s 340 of Criminal Procedure Code for taking action under perjury and contempt against Adar, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute.
After conducting the enquiry and after hearing the Advocate for Plaintiff Sh. Nilesh Ojha, the court come to the conclusion that the affidavit filed by the Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute is ex-facie false and fabricated and they are guilty of playing fraud upon the court.
Therefore, Court decided to become the complainant and directed Superintendent of the Court to file complaint case against the Adar Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute before the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
Court order and proofs given by the Plaintiffs Sh. Prakash Pohre had proved that the accused Adar Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute are guilty of promoting their deadly Covishield vaccine by suppressing its death causing and other serious side effects. The said Covishield vaccine was banned in various European countries due to it’s death causing side effect.
The research from Harvard University had proved that the Covid vaccines are 98 times worse than the Covid disease.
Research had proved that the vaccine increases the chances of cancer by 10,000%.
That data and research had shown that every dose of vaccine increases chances of death. Means if you take second dose then chances of death are increased and if you take booster dose then it again increases the death risk.

That on 9th November, 2021 Canada’s Health Department also warned about side effects on Covishield:
That, in March 2021, around 18 European countries banned Astrazeneca (Covishield) vaccine due to death caused because of side effects of blood clotting due to vaccination.
That WHO on 26th July, 2021 also warned people about GBS (Paralysis) being caused due to Covishield vaccines.

Now, since the defence of other Adar Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla and Serum Institute is found to be false therefore as per Bombay High Court judgement in Tiscon Realty (P) Ltd. v. C.G. Edifice, 2023 SCC OnLine Bom 1154 the suit filed by Shri Prakash Pohare can be decreed directly and if Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute wants to challenge that order, Which may be passed then they have to deposit 5000 Crores in the court.
