Case of vaccine murder for death of woman is filed against Adar and Cyrus Poonawalla under section 302 and other sections of IPC with section 27 of Drugs and cosmetic Act and section 4,7,9 of of Drugs and Magic Remedies Act is registered before Nanded CJM Court.
The punishment provided is Death penalty or minimum of life imprisonment.
The deceased developed cancer due to Covishield and died.
