- The affidavit made it clear that the order, GR, SOP, by Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Kerala, and any other state govt, District Collector about vaccine mandates are illegal.
- Supreme Court asked the petitioner to add all the states who are making such mandates as party Respondent.
Central Government once again made it clear that vaccines are not mandatory and it is not connected with any benefit any services. The affidavit filed by Central Government before Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter between Dr. Jacob Puliyel Vs. Union of India Writ Petition (Civil) No. 607 Of 2021 is proof that Maharashtra and other governments are acting illegally.
The Counter Affidavit filed by Dr. P.B.N. Prasad, working as Joint Drugs Controller (India), Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India on 28th November 2021 the relevant Paragraph 64 reads as under;
“64. In so far as the Petitioner’s submissions regarding Covid 19 vaccine being mandatory, as per the Operational Guidelines document, COVID-19 vaccination is voluntary. However, it is emphasised and encouraged that all individuals take vaccination for public health and in his/ her interest as well as public interest since in case of pandemic, an individual’s ill health has a direct effect on the society. Covid-19 vaccination is also not linked to any benefits or services. Therefore, any submissions made by the Petitioner to the contrary, in so far as the Answering Respondents are concerned, is denied.”

I am fed up of listening to this but nothing concrete is being done till today and vaccination is still going on all over India so when will be stopped and when the culprits will be punished and now half of India's population is vaccinated and they all are going to die soon and nobody is getting plane tickets train tickets entry in malls etc and other problems to be faced and there are no people to contact so that all the public can contact them and tell all the problems regarding vaccine RT PCR test sanitizer masks temperature gun etc so that action can be taken against these people who do not give entry in malls hotels and no train tickets without 2 doses of vaccine also in all societies nobody is allowed to enter without wearing mask and using the sanitizer temperature gun etc and these people who are the general secretaries chairman managers and other secretaries must be punished at all cost because they force all to wear mask use the sanitizer use temperature gun and then enter so there must be some team of people who will tell these people to stop this otherwise face imprisonment but no such team is made so how can anyone solve the problem and unless some team is there who can be contacted and has legal information from the court and legal letter and permission from court that they take actions against them on all problems
and then only something can be done and will be solved . if they do not listen then the punishment should be jail for 20 years and after serving in jail for 20 years then death by torture should be given to all and this is not done and must be done fast and I am really fed up of all this but want action fast as I told you
