Major Breakthrough in the Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput Case

₹2 Lakh Crore Compensation Suit — Thane Civil Court Passes Order Against Aditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty, Aamir Khan and Other Prominent Figures
Based on the order passed by the Thane Civil Court (Senior Division), a compensation claim of ₹2 lakh crore is being filed before the Bombay High Court against the accused.
The Thane Civil Court has granted a one-month period to the petitioners for filing the said suit before the Bombay High Court.
Additionally, the Plaintiffs seeks proceedings for attachment of properties and issuance of non-bailable arrest warrants against the accused until the said amount is deposited before the Court.
The Suit is filed against 50 Defendants, including Aditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty, Uddhav Thackeray, Aamir Khan, Nikhil Kamath, Subhash Chandra, Sanjay Raut, Anil Deshmukh, Arvind Sawant, Rajdeep Sardesai, Pooja Bhatt, Rohan Rai, Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea, Adv. Satish Maneshinde, Dia Mirza, Shams Taher Khan, Smt. Soni Razdan, Shri Imtiyaz Khatri, Nidhi Hiranandani, as well as several media houses and corporations such as Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., The Economic Times, BBC, India Today, Indian Express, Live Law, The Hindu, TV9 Marathi, Mid-Day, and News Laundry, among others.
In their affidavit, Mr. Satish Salian (father of Disha Salian) and Mr. Rashid Khan Pathan have stated that 99% of the recovered ₹2 lakh crore compensation amount will be used for social causes as per the guidance of Advocate Nilesh Ojha.
This matter had been under judicial consideration for the past several days in complete confidentiality. Hearings were conducted without public disclosure, and now the Court has finally issued its order.
Pursuant to the said order, the suit for ₹2 lakh crore compensation has been filed before the Bombay High Court Original Side. The petition further seeks that until the said amount is deposited, proceedings for attachment of assets and non-bailable arrest warrants be initiated against the accused.
The conspiracy by Aditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty, and other accused to mislead the public by circulating false narratives about the deaths of Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput — and to defame Disha’s father Mr. Satish Salian, petitioner Mr. Rashid Khan Pathan, Advocate Nilesh Ojha, and their supporters — has now been fully exposed based on CBI and NCB reports.
The Thane Court, in its order dated 23.06.2025, held that since Mr. Satish Salian is a resident of Dadar, Mumbai, the matter falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Mumbai, and therefore, it cannot be tried by the Thane Court.
Considering the high quantum of the compensation claim, the petitioners’ advocate Mr. Ishwarlal Agarwal informed that the case will now be directly filed before the Original Side of the Bombay High Court.
👉 Advocate Nilesh Ojha has stated:
“The death of Sushant Singh Rajput was not a suicide, but a pre-planned murder.”
A copy of the draft chargesheet, along with concealed and conclusive evidence from CBI and NCB records, will be filed before the Bombay High Court on around 3rd July, and the same will also be made public.
👉 This development has triggered a new wave of hope for justice among the supporters of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian across the country. The countdown has now begun for the accused.
