[M.C.G.M. BREAKING] Complaint Filed Against Sanjay Raut, Aditya Thackeray, and Uddhav Thackeray for Publishing False News.
Mumbai, Maharashtra :- In a significant development, a complaint has been lodged against prominent political figures, Sanjay Raut, Aditya Thackeray, and Uddhav Thackeray, for allegedly publishing false and misleading news in the newspaper ‘Daily Samna.’
The complaint has been filed by Adv. Ishwarlal Agrawal, a member of the esteemed Indian Bar Association.
The complainant alleges that the accused individuals, through their publication, aimed to spread hatred, incite people to take the law into their own hands, and abate offences against public servants. This serious accusation highlights the potential consequences of disseminating false information to the public.
The police have already taken cognizance of the complaint and registered a First Information Report (FIR) against MLA Anil Parab and others in connection with the case. Now, with this latest complaint, the focus shifts to Sanjay Raut, Aditya Thackeray, and Uddhav Thackeray.
Adv. Ishwarlal Agrawal has requested not only a complete ban on the political party associated with the accused individuals but also a ban on the newspaper ‘Daily Samna.’ Furthermore, the complainant seeks a restriction on the accused people from participating in or contesting any future elections.
Additionally, the complainant has urged the Chief Minister of Maharashtra to direct the police and the government pleader to pursue the cancellation of bail for Mr. Sanjay Raut and others. The complainant argues that despite being on bail, these individuals continue to commit similar offences.
The complaint emphasizes the accused individuals’ alleged habit of promoting public disaffection towards the law and the administration of justice.
Notably, a contempt petition has already been filed against them for making false, derogatory, scandalous, and contemptuous remarks against the Supreme Court and High Courts.
In the pages of ‘Daily Samna,’ it was shockingly published that the judicial system of the country is under the control of the ruling parties. Sanjay Raut, in his interviews, went further, suggesting that the scale in the hand of Lady Justice in the Bombay High Court was purchased from the scrap. Such statements undermine the integrity of the judiciary and erode public trust in the system.
As the investigation unfolds, it remains to be seen how these serious allegations against Sanjay Raut, Aditya Thackeray, and Uddhav Thackeray will be addressed. The outcome of this case will have significant implications for the freedom of the press, political discourse, and the accountability of public figures.
The Indian Bar Association, Adv. Ishwarlal Agrawal, and concerned citizens eagerly await further developments in this matter, hoping for a fair and just resolution that upholds the principles of truth, integrity, and responsible journalism.
