Mumbai: – Vaccine Mafia Bill Gates partner Adar Poonawalla got second defeat in a legal battle against Awaken India Movement.
Dr. Snehal Lunawat, (32) a professor from Medical College at Nashik died due to side effects of covishield vaccine.
Government of India’s AEFI committee had given a report about her death due to side effects of vaccines.
Her father Shri. Dilip Lunawat filed a Writ petition before Bombay High Court for getting interim compensation of Rupees 1000 crores from vaccine company’s owners i.e. Bill gates and Adar Poonawalla etc. [ Writ Petition (c) No 5767 of 2022]
Division Bench of Bombay High Court took the cognizance of the writ and on 26.08.2022 issued notices to Adar Poonawalla & others.
The court gave copy of Hamdast to petitioner to be served upon Adar Poonawalla & others through Court officials at Pune.
Petitioner Dilip Lunawat along with team members of Awaken India Movement went to Pune and served notice upon Adar Poonawalla through Court’s Belif.
During this process of serving the notice many members of AIM i.e. Amber Koiri Yohan Tengra etc have made videos, slogans and run the campaign of arrest Adar Poonawalla.
The Poonawalla was also called as mass murderer. Said campaign is taken offence by Adar Poonawalla saying that the allegation are false and defamatory.
Adar Poonawalla’s office bearer gave police complaint on 01.10.2022 and requested police to arrest the members of AIM. However, after getting response from the AIM & verifying the records, the police rejected the request of Adar Poonawalla. This was his first defeat.
After first defeat Mr.Adar Poonawalla then approached the Bombay High Court and filed a civil suit to claim compensation of Rupees 100 crores from Yohan Tengra & others, by alleging defamation, loss of reputation and decrease in net worth of company
In the said suit he had filed an Interim Application requesting ex-parte injunction against Yohan Tengra and others. Mr. Adar Poonawalla did not serve the copy of the suit & injunction application requested the High Court to grant injunction without hearing defendants Yohan Tengra & others.
In a great setback to serum Institute & Adar Poonawalla, High Court rejected their request and lastly Adar Poonawalla served the copy of suit & Interim Application upon Yohan Tengra & others on 10.12. 2022.This was his second defeat.
