Reply affidavit filed by Google-YouTube before Bombay High Court opposing the prayers of Adar Poonawalla in a 100-crore defamation suit.
YouTube and twitter had already refused the request of Adar Poonawalla & Serum Institute to delete the accounts of Yohan Tengra & Awaken India Moment where they called Poonawalla as ‘mass-murderer’ ‘vaccine mafia’ etc.
Elon Musk had already exposed the frauds of vaccine companies and Anthony Faucci their country U.S.A.
Counsel for twitter also took the same stand.
Nowadays in the entire world, the posts against vaccination are getting massive support from people. The tweets by Dr. Aseem Malhotra, UK, Elon Musk, Shellenberger, Truth Justice are getting millions of views and highest views and likes. Whereas the tweet in support of vaccination is not getting any traction.
Due to this awareness around 70 Crore Indians refused to get booster doses of vaccines.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra in his tweet dated 09.01.2023 had requested P.M. Narendra Modi to ban covishield vaccines in India due to death causing side effects and also due to the fact that it is already banned in UK and 21 European countries.
The case before Bombay High Court is a Rs.100 Crore defamation suit by Serum Institute & Adar Poonawalla where they had said that they are being defamed by researcher and YouTuber Yohan Tengra, Ambar Koiri and other members of Awaken India Movement. The defendants are calling Adar Poonawalla as ‘mass murderer’ ‘vaccine mafia’. They gave proofs in the court and asked the court to dismiss the suit with cost and issue arrest warrant against Adar Poonawalla and other members of Serum Institute and to grant compensation of Rs. 1000 Crore each to defendant and also to victims.
The defendants also requested the court to attach the properties of Adar Poonawalla, Serum Institute and all its officials.
The hearing will continue from Monday.
