Certified Copy of Disha Salian’s Post-Mortem Report Finally Obtained — Confirms Malvani Police’s Dishonesty and Supports Case of Murder, Gang Rape, and Forgery

After a prolonged struggle, the complete certified copy of the Post-Mortem Report of Disha Salian has finally been provided by the Police authorities — a report that was deliberately withheld by Malvani Police for over three years.
Today, Adv. Ishwarlal Agarwal and Adv. Abhishek Mishra were officially provided with a copy of Disha Salian’s Post-Mortem Report by officers of Malvani Police Station.
This certified report has now exposed the deliberate dishonesty, manipulation, and criminal misconduct of the officers of Malvani Police Station and Doctors. The contents of the report completely support the version that Disha Salian was a victim of gang rape and brutal murder, and that the post-mortem report was forged to suppress these facts.
The glaring contradictions between the autopsy findings and visual/eyewitness evidence, as well as the unjustified 60-hour delay in conducting the post-mortem, in addition with the testimony of eye witnesses prove beyond doubt that this was not a suicide, but a case of horrific sexual assault and homicide, followed by a cover-up at the highest level.
This certified copy is now sufficient to warrant the immediate arrest of the accused persons as well as the police officials involved in tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, and aiding the culprits.
The truth is now officially on record. The people of this country demand answers. We will not allow the powerful accused to escape accountability.
Justice for Disha Salian is no longer a question of ‘if’, but ‘when’.
Justice cannot be delayed any further. Truth has now come to light.
Primary Observations Indicating Forgery in the Post-Mortem Report of Disha Salian
1. Post-Mortem Conducted After 60 Hours of Death:-
The post-mortem was conducted on 11.06.2020 at 4:30 p.m., approximately 60 hours after her death.
o In the section of the report regarding the observation of blood stains, it is mentioned that Disha’s body was “naked.”
o Since there were no clothes on the body, the corresponding column was left blank, which raises serious questions.
2. Contradiction Between Medical Findings and Visual Evidence (Funeral Photos)
o Medical Report Claims:
§ Complete loss of frontal teeth.
§ Linear fractures on skull bones with blood infiltration.
§ Injured eye; bleeding from mouth and nose.
§ Multiple broken ribs and contused (damaged) intercostal muscles.
o Funeral Photos and Eyewitness Accounts:
§ Disha’s face appears intact—no swelling, bruises, or deformities.
§ Her mouth is closed, with no visible dental injuries—frontal teeth are present.
§ No signs of head trauma, bleeding, or eye damage.
§ The head and facial features are well-preserved, which is inconsistent with the alleged injuries. These contradictions directly disprove the injury claims made in the post-mortem report.
3. Absence of Blood at the Scene or on Clothing
o Despite the report indicating heavy bleeding from head, mouth, and nose:
§ No blood was found at the spot where she allegedly fell.
§ No blood stains were present on her clothing or on the individuals who allegedly transported her to the hospital.
§ This is medically impossible in cases of such severe trauma.
The absence of blood strongly suggests that these injuries may have been fabricated to match a pre-decided narrative.
4. Contradictions from Eyewitnesses and Family Members
o Disha’s father publicly stated there were no visible injuries on her face or head.
o Neighbors and individuals present during the funeral corroborated the same.
o These testimonies are consistent with funeral photographs and contradict the autopsy report.
5. Violation of Medical and Legal Norms: Delay in Post-Mortem
o The post-mortem was conducted nearly 60 hours after the time of death, contrary to forensic protocol and statutory norms which require a post-mortem within 24 hours.
o This inordinate delay created ample opportunity for:
§ Tampering with the body,
§ Destruction of forensic evidence,
§ Manipulation of injury marks, and
§ Fabrication of medical documents.
6. Conclusion :-
The following critical contradictions point toward deliberate forgery and manipulation in the post-mortem report:
o Injury claims are unsupported by physical and photographic evidence.
o No blood stains found at the scene or on clothing despite claims of severe trauma.
o The “naked body” remark is unexplained and suspicious.
o A 60-hour delay in conducting the autopsy facilitated potential tampering.
These inconsistencies collectively indicate a conspiracy to fabricate medical findings and shield the influential accused persons involved.
Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Dayal Singh v. State of Uttaranchal, (2012) 8 SCC 263, had directed strict action against the Police Investigation Officers and Doctor for preparing bogus post mortem report and for doing intentionally false and motivated investigation designed to help the accused.
